Yes! Haute Couture or bridal appointments are hosted online or at our showroom. To book your appointment, please contact us on +962 7 9727 6205 and you can also request an online appointment through our website (Calendly).
All payments are made through American Dollars (USD). We recommend using a currency converter to determine an estimate in your local currency before placing an order at checkout.
If you believe you have received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as you receive your order. We will happily guide you through the process of resolving the issue. We ask that you contact the team via email with images of the damage so that we can resolve the issue.
Please do not ship back any item before you contact our customer service team.

Our atelier is based in Amman, Jordan with our own in-house workshop.

If you wish to modify or cancel your order, please contact our customer service team. We are happy to assist you with any request you may have. But, customized and pre-ordered items can not be canceled.

An available item will be prepared within 24 to 48 hours. A pre-order ready to wear item will be prepared within 7 to 14 working days. Haute couture takes between 30 to 45 days. And bridal gowns; not less than 3 months.
Please note that these working days exclude the shipping days.
For international orders a tracking number from DHL will be sent after you fulfill your order. As for local orders an email will be sent once your order is ready for delivery.
